SVF Fulton Chicago, LLC (“Licensor”), owner of the building locker rooms (“Locker Room”) at 1000 West Fulton Market, Chicago, Illinois (the “Building”), grants to the undersigned (“Licensee”) a non-exclusive license (“License”) to use the Licensed Space (as defined herein), subject to space availability, for use of the facilities during Licensee’s work day, which for the purpose hereof shall be deemed to mean Monday through Friday between 5:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. (the “Use”), upon the following terms and conditions:
