Pest Control Services AvailableThrough These Agreements Prevention and Control Services: • Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach (e.g., inspections, prevention, education) utilizing effective, safe and humane solutions; including a combination of non-chemical methods, exclusion and habitat modification strategies as appropriate• Determining the most appropriate intervention to control pests; recommending cost effective and environmentally friendly treatment plan• Providing Services for interior and exterior areas (e.g., wasps/bees nests; coordination of the re-location of bee hives as per the Bees Act, mice and rat control); all devices shall be concealed from view, placed in protected areas• Recommending integrated pest exclusion programs; including physically
