ContractSupplier Agreement • March 31st, 2025
This is an agreement between you (the business named in the online registration form, referred to in this Agreement as the “Supplier”) and us (NextGear Capital UK Limited, referred to in this Agreement as “NextGear”) to become a NextGear Capital Approved Supplier and accept payment from NextGear when a payment request is initiated through the Dealer- Auction website.
