This Master Services Agreement (“AGREEMENT”) governs the technology and/or support services to be provided by TEKMYBIZ to CLIENT on a needs, ongoing and/or case‐by‐case basis (“SERVICES”) all as described in the Statement of Work attached in the preceding pages and incorporated herein by reference. In consideration of the covenants contained herein, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:
