THIS AGREEMENT, entered into this day of 2006, by and between the ISABELLA COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS and the ISABELLA COUNTY SHERIFF, together hereinafter referred to as the "Employer", and the COMMAND OFFICERS ASSOCIATION OF MICHIGAN (COAM), together hereinafter referred to as the "Union".
