This PHOTOVOLTAIC EQUIPMENT USE AGREEMENT (this “Use Agreement”) is entered into as of August 222006, by and between the CALIFORNIA FAIRS FINANCING AUTHORITY, a joint powers authority and separate public entity of the State of California (the “Authority”), and the COUNTY OF MARIN, a county of the State of California (the “Fair Entity”).
