University of Biskra and the international Journal of Applied Mathematics and Simulation (hereafter referred to as the "Publisher") require authors to transfer full copyright of their work to the Publisher. By signing the Transfer of Copyright, authors grant the Publisher permission to publish the work and exclusive rights to reproduce it, in whole or in part, across all formats, including print, electronic, and any other media.
