CA Citizen Protection Group, LLC (“CCPG”) and BeCool Import & Export, Inc. (“BeCool”) enter into this Settlement Agreement and Release (this “Agreement”). This Agreement is effective on the date on which it is fully executed by all Parties (“Effective Date”).
