This University of California Hastings College of the Law housing contract reflects the unit and room-occupancy type to which you have been assigned in the 100 McAllister building (“Tower”). This assignment was given to you on the basis of your application and the openings available at the time of the assignment. This contract is a binding legal document. Be sure that you read and fully understand the contract, including all terms and conditions, prior to signing it. All uses of “tenant” in the below document apply equally to all undersigned tenants/co-tenants alike.
