This API License Agreement (“Agreement”), effective as of the date of the final signature to this Agreement (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and between the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants Inc. (“NCCPA”), having offices at 12000 Findley Road Suite 200, Johns Creek, GA 30097-1409, and the organization represented by the individual executing this agreement (“Partner”). As used in this Agreement, “Party” means either NCCPA or Partner, as appropriate, and “Parties” means NCCPA and Partner.
