is entered into this day of , 2022 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Ivins City, a municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Utah, with principal offices at 85 North Main Ivins, UT 84738 (the “City”) and FIF St. George, LLC (d/b/a InfoWest), a telecommunications corporation with its principal offices at 435 E Tabernacle St, St. George, Utah 84770 (the “Provider”). The CITY and the PROVIDER may sometimes be referred to herein collectively as the “Parties”.
