The Parties to this agreement are the Administrative Office of the Illinois Courts (AOIC) on behalf of the State of Illinois (collectively referred to as “the State”) and (hereinafter referred to as “Vendor”). In consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained in this agreement, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Parties agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein and have caused this agreement to be executed by their duly authorized representatives. Vendor terms and conditions incorporated into this agreement through identified exhibits/attachments that are not in conflict with the terms and conditions set forth in this Standard Vendor Agreement for Goods and Services shall be given effect to the extent practicable and permitted by law.
