AND CAPACITY ALLOCATION AGREEMENT ("the Agreement") is made and entered into this day of 2017 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the DOMINION WATER & SANITATION DISTRICT, acting by and through its Sterling Ranch Water Activity Enterprise (“Dominion”), and the TOWN OF CASTLE ROCK, a Colorado home rule municipality, acting by and through the TOWN OF CASTLE ROCK WATER ENTERPRISE (“Town”) (individually a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”).
