Tanimura & Antle Fresh Foods, Inc. (also referred to herein as “Tanimura & Antle” “Employer” or “Company”) is a fixed-site grower, which owns, controls, and/or operates its worksites and all agricultural commodities produced at such sites. Tanimura & Antle Fresh Foods, Inc. is NOT a farm labor contractor/H-2A FLC.
