This contract is made this day of December, 2014, between Social Movement Technologies (hereafter “SMT” including both 501(c)3 and Benefit Corporation legal entities) and Pacific Media Workers Guild, Local 39521 chartered by The Newspaper Guild-Communications Workers of America, AFL- CIO, CLC (hereafter “union”) for itself and on behalf of all SMT Partners described in Article I.
