This Contract, dated August ___, 2006, is by and between The School Board of Palm Beach County, Florida, hereinafter referred to as the "School District" and Arbor E&T, LLC hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”. Arbor E&T, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of ResCare, Inc. and the name Excel Schools will be used to define school management services provided under this Contract.
