This «The author's contract» (then «Contract») defines the relationship between JSC «Transfer», by an General Director Novikov Boris Alekseevich, an authorized person by the Charter – the Publisher of the magazine «Innovation», which was established by Russian State University of Innovation Technologies and Business, St. Petersburg Electrotechnical University «LETI» and JSC «Transfer»» and was registered by the State Committee of the Russian Federation on the press (the certificate of the registration № PI № 016292 from June 30, 1997), hereinafter called as «Publisher» and the author (or other copyright holder), which take the public offer on basis the contract, hereinafter called as » and the author (or other copyright holder), which take the public offer on basis the contract, hereinafter called as «Author».
