This Project Funding Agreement (“PFA”) is entered into on , (the “Effective Date”) by and among The Water Research Foundation (“WRF”), a Colorado non-profit corporation, whose place of business is located at 6666 W. Quincy Ave., Denver, Colorado 80235, and the City of Ann Arbor a Michigan municipal corporation (“Sub-recipient”), whose principal place of business is located at 301 E. Huron Street, Ann Arbor, MI 48104. WRF and Sub-recipient are each a “Party” and together the “Parties.”
