THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between the New York State Office of General Services (hereinafter “OGS” or “State”) with offices at the Corning Tower, Empire State Plaza, Albany, New York, and Howell & Pierson Inc. DBA Main Motorcar (“Main Motorcar” or “Contractor”) with offices at 224 W. Main Street, Johnstown, NY 12095. OGS and the Contractor are collectively referred to herein as “the Parties.”
