This End User Licence Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Field Dynamics and the customer (individual or entity) that has downloaded or otherwise procured the licenced Software (as defined below) for use as an end user (“you”). This Agreement applies only to Software, Support and Maintenance Services, as referenced herein.
