Customer agrees to pay for, and OhmComm, Inc. agrees to provide, the services set forth in the Statement(s) of Work (the “SOW”) to which these General Terms and Conditions are attached and made a part thereof. Collectively, these terms and the SOW constitute the entire agreement (the “Agreement”) between the parties and replace all oral or written communications between Customer and OhmComm, Inc..
