Initial Term: The "Initial Term" begins on the Effective Date and ends upon the completion of twenty-four (24) months upon expiration of the Initial Term or Optional Term; the Agreement is automatically extended (“Extended Term”) on a month-to-month basis until either party terminates it upon 60 days prior written notice. The terms of this Agreement will continue to apply during any service-specific commitments that extend beyond the Term. “Term” means the Initial Term, Optional Term, if applicable and Extended Term.
