The Company hereby gives notice, which notice shall take effect on the First Effective Date and shall constitute notice for the purposes of Clause 13 (Termination) of the Amended Rule 144A Conditions, to the Existing Depositary of the termination by the Company of the Rule 144A Facility, such termination to take effect on the Rule 144A Termination Date in accordance with and subject to the terms of the Amended Rule 144A Deposit Terms and the Amended Rule 144A Conditions, it being acknowledged that such notice of the termination of the Rule 144A Facility shall be without prejudice to the Existing Depositary's rights under Clause 13.1 of the Amended Rule 144A Deposit Terms.
