This Agreement is made and entered into as of September 1, 2022, by and between Purple Tally Productions (hereinafter “Employer” or “Company”) and the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees, Moving Picture Technicians, Artists, and Allied Crafts of the United States, Its Territories, and Canada, AFL-CIO, CLC and its Locals 748 and 796 (hereinafter the “Union” and the various daily hire employees listed in Arizona, and Texas Appendices “Employee(s)).”
