Affiliate means:(i) for you, any relative, spouse, subsidiary, holding company, ultimate holding company or sister company of you; and(ii) for Thuisbezorgd.nl, a person who is, from time to time, a (direct or indirect) subsidiary or holding company of Thuisbezorgd.nl, or is a subsidiary of Thuisbezorgd.nl’s (direct or indirect) holding company, or is a party in which Thuisbezorgd.nl’s (direct or indirect) holding company owns 30% (thirty percent) or more of the paid up share capital or controls 30% (thirty percent) or more of the voting rights. Agreement means the registration form or otherwise, the General Terms and Conditions for Partners and, insofar as applicable, the Supplemental Terms as annexed hereto. Business Day means a weekday that is not a public holiday in the relevant operating country of the Platform. Card Order means an Order that is not a Cash Order.
