THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the Agreement for Engineering Services between IRONHOUSE SANITARY DISTRICT (hereinafter called “OWNER”) and Water Works Engineers, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of California (hereinafter called “CONSULTANT”), hereinafter referred to as “First Amendment”, is made and entered into on this day of June 2019 by and between OWNER and CONSULTANT.
