This MAINTENANCE SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), is made and effective as of the 12th day of February, 2019 (“Effective Date”), between the City of La Puente, a municipal corporation (“City”) and Reliable Building Services, Inc. a California Corporation, (“Contractor”). The City and Contractor are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
