This Management Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of ("Effective Date"), by and between the City of Hutto, Texas, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation with principal administrative offices at Hutto City Hall, 500 West Live Oak Street, Hutto, Texas 78634, in Williamson County (“City”), and The Directors of Chaos, LLC, a Texas limited liability company with principal offices at 1801 Lavaca Street #2E, Austin, Texas 78741 in Travis County (“DOC”) (together, the “Parties” or, individually, each a “Party”).
