This Cooperative Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into on , by and between Utah Department of Transportation (“UDOT”), an agency of the State of Utah, and Eagle Mountain City (“Local Government”), a political subdivision of the State of Utah. UDOT and Local Government are collectively referred to as “parties” and each may be referred to individually as “party.”
