The issuance of the VISA/MASTERCARD CARD by Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad (hereinafter called “the Bank”) to the Cardholder, the acknowledgement of receipt as evidenced by the Acknowledgement of Receipt and/or use of the VISA/MASTERCARD CARD by the Cardholder shall be subject to the terms and conditions contained herein.
