This Interconnection Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of the date last signed below by and between Level 3 Communications, LLC a Limited Liability Consolidated organized under the laws of Delaware with offices at 1025 Eldorado Blvd Broomfield, CO 80021 (“Level 3”) and Consolidated Communications Company of Washington Company, LLC (“Consolidated”) a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Illinois, with offices at 121 South 17th Street, Mattoon, IL 61938.
