THIS AMENDMENT ONE, made and entered into upon execution of all necessary signatures, is to that certain AGREEMENT Number WJB0519 between the parties hereto, hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement” and is by and between the COUNTY OF ORANGE, hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY,” and FOSTER ASSESSMENT CENTER & TESTING SERVICES, INC., “FACTS,” a California corporation, hereinafter referred to as “CONTRACTOR.” COUNTY and CONTRACTOR may be referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as “the Parties.”
