NVIDIA SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENTSoftware License Agreement • May 31st, 2019
This Software License Agreement ("SLA”) is a legal agreement between the Government Ordering Activity (“Ordering Agency”) and the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Contractor acting on behalf of NVIDIA Corporation ("NVIDIA") for the Ordering Agency procurement purposes and governs the use of the NVIDIA computer software (the “Licensed Software”) and the documentation made available for use with such NVIDIA software (the “Licensed Software”). “You” and “Licensee” mean the Agency who, under GSA Schedule Contracts, is the “Ordering Agency,” defined as an “entity authorized to order under GSA Schedule Contracts” as defined in GSA Order OGP 4800.2I (“GSA Order”), as such order may be revised from time to time. The “Effective Date” of this SLA is set forth in the Purchase Order, Statement of Work, or similar document, but in any event before the Licensed Software is accessed or used.
