(“Agreement”) dated as of the 15th day of December 2005, is made by and among the Transmission Owners (hereinafter referred to collectively as “Parties” and individually as a “Party”). In addition, this Agreement is made by and between the Parties and PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (hereinafter referred to as “PJM”) solely for the purpose of establishing the rights and commitments of PJM identified herein.
