THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made by and between HIGHLANDS COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, 600 S. Commerce Avenue, Sebring Florida 33870 (“COUNTY”) and Lake June Pontoons, LLC, 1048 Lake Carrie Drive, Lake Placid, Florida 33852 (“LICENSEE”). The COUNTY and LICESEE are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party”.
