On January 8, 2020, Public Service Company of Colorado (PSCo) filed, pursuant to section 205 of the Federal Power Act,1 and section 35.13(b) of the Commission’s regulations,2 a non-conforming Large Generator Interconnection Agreement (LGIA) between PSCo and Nereo GC Lincoln, LLC (Nereo) (Nereo LGIA). In this order, we reject the Nereo LGIA, for the reasons discussed below.
