Main Street, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48104, hereinafter identified as the "COUNTY”; and the City of Ann Arbor on behalf of the 15th Judicial District Court, Ann Arbor Justice Center, 301 East Huron Street, Ann Arbor, MI 48104, hereinafter identified as "the City".
