THIS SENIOR MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of November 7, 2005, by and among Capella Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), Capella Healthcare, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Employer”), and Howard T.
