THIS AGREEMENT is entered into between COWLITZ COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Washington, (hereinafter called "County" or "Cowlitz County") and ICF Jones & Stokes, Inc. (hereinafter called "Contractor"). This Agreement constitutes the First Amendment to Contract BOCC 2013-2 and modifies Attachment B - Compensation to clarify that the contract is for time and materials in an amount not to exceed. Other than the modified Attachment B hereto all other terms and conditions of BOCC 2013- 2 remain in full force and effect.
