This Data Processing Addendum (this "DPA") forms part of the Terms of Service or other written agreement (the “Agreement”) entered into between BizLogr, Inc. dba FreeBusy (“FreeBusy”) and the entity or person set forth on the signature page hereto ("Customer"), that incorporates this DPA by reference and governs the Processing of Personal Information by FreeBusy in providing its automated scheduling assistant (the “Service”) pursuant to the Agreement.
