This Agreement made and executed this 10th day of April, 2024 by and between the City of Idaho Falls, hereinafter referred to as the "City" and IBEW Local Union No. 57 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, and affiliate of the AFL-CIO hereinafter referred to as the “IBEW” or "Union".
