This Repair Agreement ("Agreement") is proposed as of this 10th day of May, 2021 ("Effective Date") between MEI Total Elevator Solutions ("MEI"), and "Customer": SOUTHERN PLAINS EDUCATION COOP, 1200 N PARK ST, FAIRMONT, MN 56031. MEI and Customer are collectively referred to herein as the "Parties" or individually as a "Party". MEI proposes to furnish certain maintenance services to Customer as provided herein.
