This Possession and Use Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into on August 13, 2014, by and between the Orange County Flood Control District (the “District”), HRB Properties, LLC (“HRB”), and Richland Real Estate Fund, LLC (“Richland”). The District, HRB, and Richland are referred to below collectively as the “Parties.”
