CONFIDENTIAL DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT LLC «OTP Leasing» 43 Zhylianska Str, Kyiv, 01033 (hereinafter- disclosing party) ______________________(hereinafter- receiving party WHEREAS, the parties desire to exchange certain technical and/or business information and/or documents, with the purpose of facilitating negotiation related to settlement debt portfolio of the disclosing party, (the “Purpose”). WHEREAS, during the course of such discussions, the parties and their Affiliates (as defined in Section 5 below) may exchange valuable information and samples which they consider proprietary and confidential. NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree that the following terms and conditions apply to the disclosure of such information and documents: “Confidential Information” shall mean any information disclosed, directly or indirectly, by one party to the other related to the Purpose, provided that the disclosing party identifies such information as confidential at the time of its disclosure
