THIS JOINT SERVICES AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between the City of Los Angeles, hereinafter called “Los Angeles”, acting through its Department of Water and Power, hereinafter called “LADWP” and the City of Burbank, hereinafter called “Burbank” (both LADWP and Burbank being hereinafter referred to as “Party” or Parties”).
