THIS AGREEMENT, effective July 1, 2014, is by and between PACIFIC MARITIME ASSOCIATION (herein called the “Association”), on behalf of its members (herein- after designated as the “Employers” or “the individual em- ployer”), and Locals 91, 92, 94 and 98 of the International Longshore and Warehouse Union (hereinafter designated as the “Union”), said Locals representing the Walking Bosses and Foremen in California, Oregon and Washing- ton, and all employees performing work under the scope, terms and conditions of this Agreement.
