This Agreement for the termination of traffic between Northeast Missouri Rural Telephone Company, an Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier (ILEC) certificated to provide local exchange services in the State of Missouri, and T-Mobile USA, Inc. f/k/a VoiceStream Wireless Corp., with offices located at 12920 SE 38th St., Bellevue WA 98006 (“TMUSA”), effective upon the 13th day of January, 2005 (“Effective Date”). This Agreement has been executed pursuant to Section 251(b)(5) of the Telecommunications Act of 1996. (ILEC and TMUSA are also sometimes referred to herein as “Party” or, collectively, “Parties.”)
