This sample plan adoption agreement is for coverage of one eligible employee only and applies to tax years beginning January 1, 2015 and later. Under 2015 law, with more than one eligible employee, your health reimbursement plan must include group health coverage after June 30, 2015, but with one eligible employee only, the plan may avoid “group health coverage” and reimburse all qualified medical expenses, including the cost of health insurance purchased by the employee.
