This agreement authorizes the McGaw YMCA to charge your bank account or credit card monthly fees until the end of the session or cancellation. All cancellations must be received in writing to the front desk or info@mcgawymca.org. Please keep a dated copy of your cancellation request. A Termination of Swim Lessons form is available online or at the front desk. The Termination Form must be received 30 days in advance, final month will not be prorated.
