THIS AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (“Agreement”) is entered into between the City of Bainbridge Island, a Washington State municipal corporation (“City”), and Nexus Planning Services LLC, a Washington State limited liability company (“Consultant”).
